About Us

Our Company

Net-Aid was founded in 1999, with the goal of providing technology for small businesses and non-profit organizations in an effective and cost efficient manner. We noticed that most IT consulting for small businesses was haphazard and reactionary. Something broke and something new was installed. Someone had a good idea, and it was implemented. Someone needed a new PC, and it was purchased. Etc. Etc. The problem with this scenario is that you end up with a mishmash of equipment and software that is difficult, and expensive to maintain. And worst of all, it doesn't make you as productive as you need to be to remain competitive in today's challenging environment. WE decided to change the trend and offer services and products, specifically with the smaller client in mind, and implement the best practices used by larger organizations. And thus, the Net-Aid Way was born.

When you work with Net-Aid, we start with a complete Business Technology Assessment, design a Technology Plan, implement the Plan and then Follow Up on a regular basis to make sure we stay on track. Our philosophy is that the products and services we offer should be designed to solve real business problems and help in achieving your company's goals.
