Managed Service Agreements
In many ways, IT equipment is like a car – it requires regular, ongoing maintenance to keep it running at its optimum performance level and minimize unexpected downtime. In order to help our clients running at maximum performance, we have put together what we call Managed Service Agreements.
With a Managed Service Agreement, we are truly acting as your IT staff. What differentiates a Managed Service Agreement from hourly support is that with a Managed Support Agreement, a technician is regularly scheduled onsite, at your office, for a set monthly rate. They may come monthly, biweekly, weekly or daily depending on your needs.
While there, they will inspect your network and equipment, install any updates or patches needed on the server or PC’s, check that your data backup is working, inspect your firewall and antivirus and address any other needs that may arise. Many clients keep a “To Do” list of non-critical client issues so when the Tech shows up, they grab the list and take care of all of the issues. The technicians also can set up and install any new hardware or software that you need.
We have several levels of packages available because we realize everyone’s needs are different. After a meeting with our Systems Consultant, we will tailor a package to your specific situation. We have lots of options so it can be as simple or extensive as you desire. Additional services can always be added at any time.
