What is a Business Technology Assessment?
We want to be your organization’s Information Technology Advisors.  When we enter into a relationship with our clients, we view ourselves as YOUR IT Staff.  We treat your business like we are your employees, looking out for your best interest, offering honest answers and proper recommendations.

The Technology Assessment is the first step in building our relationship with you.  Through the assessment, we are able to evaluate your organization’s current use of technology from hardware to software to Internet technologies, in order to gain a full understanding of the current situation.  We interview appropriate personnel to listen and learn what is working well and what is not.  We also do a complete inventory of your technology equipment and software.  It is hard to determine where you want to go if we don’t know where we are starting!  Most importantly, we discuss your overall goals to analyze whether or not your current technology plan is in line with your business goals.

What do I receive after Net-Aid performs a BTA?
Once we have conducted the BTA, and have a good snapshot of your technology picture, we compile a report of our findings. We summarize the current situation, and outline any specific recommendations for additions or changes.  Each recommendation is thoroughly explained and shows what your organizations return on investment will be.  We prioritize projects and give suggested timelines for implementation.  Our goal is to make sure you are looking forward in the right direction and able to make well-informed decisions about your technology.
