Unlike many competitors that only show up when there is an emergency, our goal is to help you get the most from your technology with an on-going relationship.
During the BTA, we will review your business goals and assess your current technology.
Developing the plan will guide our actions, determine the priority of projects and keep us on track.
We offer daily, weekly and monthly on-site services as well as project based services. Our Managed Service Agreements spell out what we are going to do.
To stay on track, we like to sit down with our clients, usually quarterly, and discuss our progress and tweek our plans if necessary.
