To be a Microsoft Small Business Specialist, we had to pass both Sales and Technical training classes. Most of our competitors may say that they are experts in Microsoft software, we have the Certification to prove it! We have had extensive training in networking pc’s, setting up server environments, and installing the necessary equipment from a server to a firewall.
