Steve Quinley
Partner

Steve has been in the IT field since 1985.  After graduating from Loyola College in Baltimore, he started in Sales for a computer store selling the original IBM PC!  He was formerly the owner of Hanover Computer Center and has worked for various other IT companies in the Central PA region for the last 20+ years.  Steve joined Net-Aid in 2006 as a Partner and is now the Sole Owner of the business.  He has extensive experience in helping organizations with all their IT needs including hardware and software selection and also with providing the service needed to maximize the organizations investment.

In his spare time, Steve likes to travel, golf, and coach basketball. 

 

Marie Cartwright
Client Advisor

Marie joined Net-Aid in October of 2003.  As Client Advisor, she is the liaison between the customer and Net-Aid, answering questions, providing quotes, coordinating projects, and maintaining client relationships. Marie also is involved in developing Net-Aid’s marketing strategy.

Marie is a proud graduate of Millersville University. She is a member of the York Chapter of Professional Referral Exchange and involved with the York County Chamber.  Outside of work, Marie enjoys volunteering and is a Church Camp Counselor, involved with the Lower Dauphin Alumni Association, 193rd SOW Family Readiness Group, and Harrisburg Area Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. Marie is engaged to Matt, a Firefighter and Tech Sergeant in the Air National Guard.  In her spare time, you will find Marie curled up with a book, scrapbooking, or stamping cards.

 

 

Ted Elhajj
Senior Systems Engineer

Ted has been in the IT industry for almost 20 years.  He has military experience in both the Navy and the Army and has a bachelors of science degree in Network Administration.  He has worked as a high level consultant with enterprise state agencies managing and analyzing the MAN/WAN/LAN infrastructures and recommending upgrades as needed.   He has obtained the elite Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification and has been consulting both in the private and state government sectors for about 15 years.  He has extensive knowledge of Network infrastructure and is an expert with Microsoft Windows Server.   Ted has extensive experience with active directory and network migrations involving SBS, Exchange and enterprise level File and Print Servers and Domains.   He has owned his own ISP and provided high speed and dial up internet in 4 counties in PA with over 4000 clients and a collocation with 15 servers.

Along with network infrastructure he also involves himself in access, sql and visual basic programming and hardware as well.  He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of computer networking and programming.  Ted currently teaches technical classes at a college in the evenings and has certifications in both copper and fiber optic cabling environments.  He continues to pursue learning ventures and continues to open up young minds to the mystery of networking.

 

 

Brett Musselman
Systems Engineer

Brett joined the Net-Aid team in March of 2007. He brought with him over 8 years computer experience, and continues to grow with Net-Aid. Since joining Net-Aid he has earned his certification as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist. Brett is a Dean's List student currently enrolled at Penn State York studying for his Bachelor's in Information Sciences & Technology.

When not working, or studying Brett is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, snowboarding, and many other outdoor activities.


Hannah Gossard
Creative Director

Hannah joined the Net-Aid team in the end of 2005 and has pushed to expand what Net-Aid’s design department can offer. She is a graduate from the former Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts, now the Art Institute of York. She has a background in Fine Arts and Illustration. Hannah continues to pursue further education in the constantly evolving world of computer graphics and the World Wide Web, an ongoing mission to provide clients with the most current tools and technology.

Hannah is happily married to her husband Wilmer, a Landing Support Specialist for the United States Marine Corps. She has a spoiled Chihuahua named Poppy and hopes to adopt more four legged children. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys painting, crafts, candy making, soap making, and an occasional good book. She also loves to cook, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
